Rhosey gave Leon a somewhat harsh look, but it still had that concern in it. Only harsh because he moved to stand by Albel. "Shouldn't worry so much about me." She directed to the kid. "I told you already..." She trailed off, meaning that she wasn't normal, but wasn't going to say that in front of the older male. Her eyes then pulled from the younger to the adult she was mostly speaking with. "Am I supposed to be afraid now? Its not working very well." Like she cared what his title was or that he was a killer. She knew it already. "I don't exactly fear loosing my life. So I insist that you can try to take it, if you want, after you hold up your end of the deal, that is."

Leon gave Rhosey a ' I'm sorry, but I had to' sort of look. Even if she could stand up to a fight with Albel he didn't want to be the cause of any pain towards her. " No I'm not trying scare tactics. " Albel replied. " I feel you should to be warned. . .oh as for taking your life. . .I'm not interested in any of that. If you are thinking you can just kill me and get whatever it is you are after then that plan is a complete waste. " He gave her a cold look. He could die this was true, however he'd just come right back to life in a week's time.
Ooc: XD How great is it both our characters can't die? Lol thats kinda ironic and funny.

Rhosey gave Albel a slightly disbelieving look. "So you just say the only thing I can deal over is my 'filthy life', and yet, when I insist I'll use it to deal with, now you decide not to?" She blinked once, suddenly dropping the books she had in her hands lightly, no one else noticing it. She was just thankful that they were pretty deep into the shelving maze. The reason for her dropping the books, being that holding them didn't fit to the conversation. "I don't intend to try and kill you, I just intend to bargain with the only thing killers really want."
Ooc: Yep, I love it! I think it'd be funny if Albel thought he'd killed her, but then she ran into Leon again the next day or something. It'd be like 'What the heck, I thought you were dead.' Yay for 24 hour recovery!

" Before I even consider any such deal I want to know what you are after. Not only what you are after but why. Give me a good enough reason and /THEN/ I'll start bargaining. " He gave a unsatisfied snort. This all was getting him into a fissy. Albel had places to go, people to kill and a certain child to punish for starting this commotion.

Rhosey sighed slightly, she didn't want to have to explain everything, but she would have to anyway... "As you wish then." She gestured to Leon. "I'm a bit old fashioned, you could say, believing in chivalry and all that. I take people's welfare into consideration, especially those who haven't done anything really wrong. Because I can tell, when simply looking at your son, there is some...improper treatment given to him. I just want him not to suffer whatever it is anymore, and I have a pretty good idea that its you that's the problem, just from seeing you and all you've said." She wasn't about to say that Leon had told her some of what he'd done. "I've always been this way, the type who'd give up their life for others just because I believe in what it is I believe. That's just about my reasoning, not sure if its good enough for you." She paused. "If you tell me the answer to this question, or two, I have on my mind, I may be able to give a more persuading argument. Do you, and how much do you, care for your son? Honestly, what do you see him as to you?"

" Peh, YOU want MY son? Thats something I've not heard before. Leon wasn't ever supposed to be born. He is my punishment for ever being the fool of showing that I cared for another person. But don't go thinking he was born from the one I cared about. I had my heart removed, killed the one I had cared for then . . .this. " He motioned to Leon. " Very well, what is it you are going to offer in exchange for the runt? " he said with a sigh. A very loving father he was, Negotiating a trade for his son.

Rhosey nodded her head firmly, assuring that it was his son that this whole matter was about. "I don't care how it was that he was born, or even if his father happens to be a man like you. I just know that he's living, has certain rights to a life, and that he's not receiving them when in your hands." She explained. There wasn't much to it, and she was winging everything. She didn't even know how Leon really felt about this. "You don't even really care about him." she said as she thought. It was strange, bargaining over person. But it made her angry that he would and that he didn't care but wanted something for him when he apparently wanted him dead. "Well, you could try your hand at killing me. If I die, I still know of a safe place for him. Lets see, since you're such a skilled fighter, perhaps we could duel and test it out. I can get my hands on material objects of all sorts... Other then that, I suppose I'm open to option." She took in a breath, looking back to Leon to see what his reaction was now. "You don't really seem to want him either. Wouldn't it be nice for you not to have him be a problem to you?" Her eyes shifted back to Albel.

" A pretty good point, it would be nice not to have to worry about the runt. . .However if I can make a profit from him, I will. " He smirked. " If it is your life your willing to give then I shall take it. Fights are like candy and sweets to me, while torturing a person is a trip to an all you can eat ice cream and candy store. I give you the choice, offer a fight and I'll shove the brat your way alive obviously. Offer me your life in which I can torture and give pain towards and you'll get the brat with no strings attached, alive, just how you see him now and my deep promise to never pay him a visit. Evil as I may be I don't ever go back on my promise. " He spoke the truth with that. Unless given permission from the person or persons the promise was made to, he'd never go against his word. " When I mean give you Leon I mean I will take my name off his birth certificate saying he is under my ownership. Leon would be completely free of me. "

Rhosey considered her options carefully. While a fight would get her Leon alive, that didn't mean too much. What would happen before hand or afterward? The better thing for him would be for her to offer up her life. "One question to fully giving you my life, will you just torture me until the point that I am dead or do you have other longer term plans?" Would he practically enslave her to torture when he wished, or just torture her to death and get over it? She couldn't really become enslaved, she'd never really die and she was sure he'd figure that out quickly. And then she wouldn't even be able to be around Leon. "If you want to kill me, I also am going to call another person to have the deal explained to, who you will turn Leon over to because you obviously wont be able to turn him over to me. I think that seems correct."

" No, One time of giving you the longest most painful death ever would do me just fine. I get tired of stabbing the same person. I've got far to much work to do for a constant visit. If you'll be agreeing to those terms made now and before take the kid. As much as I would love to brutally rip you in two I'm late for work thanks to this. I'll show up in a few weeks or so to claim what I own. " He motioned for her to take Leon if thats what she would agree to.

Rhosey nodded understandably. But that's when she turned to Leon. After all, she'd want the consent of the person the deal was being made over. "Do you want to be free of your father, to live a proper life?" She asked calmly. It was obvious that she cared enough about the child, even in the short time they met, she'd already bargained her life for his safety, to allow him a real life. Now that she'd gotten this far, she wasn't going to walk away from it exactly, but would he want to live with her?

" Live with you? " How he'd love that, but as with everything there was always that certain attachment the child had with its parent. Evil as Albel was, he never killed him, he'd been rather mean to him, but mostly for punishments. " A proper life sounds nice. " Leon nodded.

"Yes, with me, with the members of my family. They'll welcome you." She said, sounding guaranteed of that. She then looked to Albel. "Then that shall be the deal. I'm going to need his birth certificate and have everything else arranged before I give my life to you, keep that in mind. Whenever it is that you wish to find me, I'll be here from mornings till late afternoon. Ask any of the workers for the manager if you can't fine me yourself. If you want to arrange another time, we can do that as well."

" The birth certificate was merely to give an example. Where he was born they don't offer birth certificates. You will find he doesn't secretly exist in any hidden file with my name as his father. He wears the skull to keep people from finding out he is my child. Simply go to court and request his name be changed so he can legally be a citizen and your son. " With that being said Albel gave Leon a shove to Rhosey and made for the door. " Heh, have fun with your human Leon. " Was his last comment out the door. Leon turned to look at the other. A mix of fear for her life, joy that someone wanted him and sadness for his father gave him up just like that.

"Alright then, the agreement has been settled." She said, just in time for him to hear. Once the man she'd just given her life to left, she knelt down before Leon. "I'm sorry about all this...I really didn't even know what you wanted...but...I wasn't capable of knowing that your own father treated you so lowly and not do anything...my soul wouldn't accept it if I hadn't done anything." Honestly, she wasn't sure of what to say. She'd just really met him and now...she was...his guardian. She most certainly didn't intend for anything like this to happen today, or even in her life. It was already pretty complicated, she had enough crazy days.
