Magion's black eyes strayed to the floor for the moment when the he spoke about another getting killed by the police. It was unnerving to think about the abuse many of the officers of the law committed with their power, but then sometimes it was supposedly justified. If something was a danger to you, you could call killing a self-defense. She shuddered at that thought. Any sort of killing- it wasn't much her thing, even if it was supposed to be.
She strayed from those thoughts, though, when the male pulled out an orb. Purple...different then usual. "Something in particular about that one?" she ventured to ask.

When he had noticed her looking down he frowned slightly. "She's not actualy dead anymore." He said before swiftly moving on. "This soul is just one of my favorates to use. From an immortal so it has plenty power. I prefer strong souls for long distance rather than cross city."

"Oh..." She nodded, to both things he had said. Was that perhaps the same soul he seemed fond of before? When they met last time...and she got him to go to that random club place...Well, not everything was crystal clear. She put her fingers to her temples a moment, thinking about a few things. "I suppose we should go then." she looked back up to him, signaling that she had their next location in mind.

"Ah, good to hear it." He smiled and shifted himself to stand close to her. He kept his eyes locked onto the orb for the moment. "Now remember to close your eyes. I don't want you going blind from this ones flash."

"Alright." she agreed softly, complying and letting her eyes shut. It would be awful to go blind, that was for sure. Heh, and her mind was a mass of chaos. It had been that way for awhile, what with so much new stuff happening in the last few weeks. However, she cleared her mind as best she could, thinking about the location of the carnival she thought best to go to.

Cerisathe then placed a hand on her shoulder and closed his eyes to protect them from the brilliant flash of light. After that he kept his eyes closed and slowly returned the orb to it's hiding place within the confines of his robe. "Right we should be here." True enough they were now in the close vacinity of where she planned on going.

Magion's eyes flew open and, without hesitation, she grabbed Cerisathe's hand and started quickly forward. Obviously, she couldn't hold in her excitement. She dragged him up to a booth where a few other people were in line to buy their tickets. And soon enough it was their turn. After a quick exchange with the man behind the glass, she slipped him a credit card, he swiped it and returned it along with a pair of wrist bands. "Here you go!" she said happily, handing one of the bright paper bands to her guest.

He gave the band a rather weird look for a few moments before it seemed to dawn on his what it was for. "Gods it's been a long time." He said putting it on slowly. "You do seem extreamly exited lass."

Magion nodded as she pulled off the extra film that covered the sticky stuff on her band and put it on her wrist, loose enough so it wouldn't constrict her movement. She hated when the bracelets were too tight, they just got annoying. "Of course I am." she stated simply. "Aren't I always when we're about to do something that makes us more active then logs?" she paused. "Well, I think so..." It was then that her eyebrows pulled together for a second or so, before she snatched up a map from the ticket booth.
Turning from that area, there were actually a set of stone stairs that went up into the actual fairground. It was hard to see anything from where they stood but her choice was, hopefully, going to be interesting. The witch didn't pick just any carnival or theme park, but instead it was a style not so common. Aside from all the normal rides and games, there was a lot of other activities here as well. It had a bit of a style that went along with the more oriental culture, having some games often seen at their festivals. Which meant there was also plays and other random things to attend.

"Ah yes. Can't be logs now can we?" He gave her a bright smile then looked over towards the stairs. One of his ears flicked a few times as his eyes wandered up. "That's a lot of people." He said eventhough not many people were visable at the moment. He then ran off pretty fast up the stairs for the most part taking them two or three at a time untill he got to the top. He just wanted to get a better feel for the crowd as soon as possible.

Magion just looked at him. "Its a carnival, aren't they all that way?" But he'd already off and gone. She stared at him in a bit of disbelief that he was the one running. "Gah! Wait up!" She shouted as she ran after him. That one got a few looks from the people around, but they just laughed happily. People ran around like mad at these places, it was very common. She skipped up the stairs, jumping into a spot beside the bunny-boy at the top. She grinned at that thought, ha, bunny-boy! She looked around, her eyes sparkling.
There was a lot of people, all going about joyfully. The opening was mostly little shops, a few games, workers taking pictures and the like. The area was rather clean, actually, and decorated with paper lanterns and such. Behind this you could see roller-coaster tracks and other tall attractions in the distance. "Well, what do you think?"

"It's full of life." Was his first comment. "It's all pretty and glowy to look at. ALmost like busy city streets." He then switched his attention to everything other than the people. "You could definatly lose yourself amoungst all this stuff. A lot of it looks intresting so that is not really a bad thing to do then."

"Really?" she asked, marveling at that. It must have been so different to see auras, maybe it made the world a little better just in seeing them. "Would you care to choose what we do first? You are more of the guest after all, and you haven't been to one in so long." she said with a smile. Personally, she was fighting an itch to buy cotton candy and all the other lovely treats. She'd have to hold that urge until later, she decided, considering they just got there.

"It can get a bit distracting or blinding at times. It is not unusual for me to walk into things when there is a lot of people about." He added looking around and trying to spot something that lept out from everything else and really grabbed his intrests.

Magion frowned slightly. "That...doesn't sound very fun..." Yea, running into things would be bad. She allowed her eyes to take everything even, taking in all the details. She was satisfied with herself, internally smirking. But as he looked around and couldn't seem to decide, she came up with something. "Ok, how about we start walking and decide when we see it?"
