"Perhaps." She said, walking along side him. Her eyes drifted to the sky, the bright stars stealing her attention momentarily. "Correct, they do make good back up. However, I'd much rather not use the weapons unless absolutely necessary." she explained. "But, as for walking home, that's another thing. I'd be walking till the sun came up before I got home." she turned to face him again. "What about you?" she asked. "To put it out straight, I receive an odd sense radiating from you. So I know you're not exactly normal."

he put his hand in his pockets as he too look at the sky- he let out a "hmm" with a small smile. "of course i'm not 'normal' but just like you- it's not someting to be talked about so easily... i know that you clearly have a srange life style- at least one very uncommon in the views of what people call 'normal'. what ever that may imply I don't know.. and it's fine with me if i never find out.." he sighed. "well then- i personally have no where t go in partcular right now" he added half to himself.

Rhosey's eyes drifted from the midnight colored sky to glance up to Defess' face. Her height only being about 5'5", she had to look up some just to look at him directly. Though her eyes fell away from his face just as quickly as they came. "You sure are different." she said, referring to the fact he so easily realized something was abnormal about her. But, I'm sure anyone who had saw her take out a man over twice her size in just one move would know something was up. "I see. So, with no where else to go, you just decided to linger in the only place open at one am in the morning."

he kept his eyes on the sky-as if to look at some invisible force in it, "i would ask if you mean different in a good way or bad- but i suppose it doesn't matter." he looked down at her with a smile, then nodded, "i have a very long life a head of me...i suppose you could say.. and- with nothing better to do and all...- "he scratched the back of his head with a confused look on his face- that resided in a chuckle "heh- i guess you're right.. the bar was the only place open..heh..- i must say though- alcohol is the nastiest thing I've ever tasted" he put his hand back into his pocket. he knew that must not have made sense- so he added, "but what else was there to do at this time right?" he breathed in the evening air deeply- his chest rose and fell deeply. In reality he had so much time ahead of him to waiste he fgured e might as well try some new things.

Rhosey was silent a moment. "Good or bad, I'm not capable of judging that. I don't know you at all well enough to say much about it." She said, looking down the sidewalk now. "I refuse to drink with every fiber of my being. That's why are argued with the tender to get me my tea." She might have laughed now but, due to the fact she still wasn't well acquainted with Defess, she just smiled a little.
She paused a moment later, her stride slowing as something came into distant view along the edge of the sidewalk. This object was fairly large, but all black, so it was rather hard to see in the time of night.

He nodded- "Hmm- I don't blame you- I suspect there's a good reason behind that." he slowed abit with her as he took note of the motorcycle- though, one wouldn't usually be able to see it as clearly as he did in the night. "you're ride I assume?" he said signaling the direction of the bike with his eyes.

"Yes..." She said quietly. There was a perfectly good reason for her despise of drinking. Rhosey nodded lightly when he asked about the motorcycle. He was able to see it and recognize it, it seemed, just as easily as she. Though, she was sure he saw it with the more normal type of 'vision' then she. Her ability to sense things allowed many things to become clear to her what others couldn't even see or understand. As they came upon the bike it was clear that it was different from most motorcycles. It was larger then normal, with a much bigger motor. It looked like it was built to reach extreme speeds and was armored to come out from an over hundred mile an hour crash without hardly being scratched. A unique and odd machine to match a girl just as equally different. She stood beside it, her thin dog-like tail swaying a little and her hand resting on the seat. "Tonight was such a risk." she said, the natural softness in her voice coming through as she faced Defess.

Defess was imediatly attracted to the bike. it's whole design screamed that it was for action- battle to be more prisice. "risk?" Defess was currious to what she was talking about... was she referrig to the bar incedent or- something else? something that might have happened earlier then the bar.. or perhapse he was thinking too far into it?

"Yes, the risks I took within the short time of meeting you." She said, fighting herself not to sit down on the bike and just talk on for hours about things. By now, she knew better, and this Gelert was already getting to know too much. "The fact is that I shouldn't have fought that man, I should have walked away. I should have left and not allowed you to introduce yourself to me, and should have stopped my nature of being polite." What Rhosey was saying now would probably confuse most but, all in all, it was the truth of the matter. And again, she even let those words go a little too far as to hiding her truthful identity.

Defess nodded, he didn't know her resons- but he understood what she was saying- she was one of those people that prefer to be out of the picture- to not be in any sort of contact with people... this seemed oddly framilar- as the voice of a man had popped into his mind 'stay out of sight- out of trouble- and out of mind to everyone there-' he sighed at the reminder. "yeahh.. I suppose it would be better if we never spoke to each other again.." he sighed with guilt. it had crossed his mind that she might not have taken it the way he meat it- after all how would she know about what he was told??

Rhosey was silent a moment, but then nodded softly. It was how it should be. She turned slightly as if she was going to jump on the bike and leave, but instead one of her hands trailed along the bike and then she began ripping something off it. A black material was attached to the motorcycle and as she pealed it away some symbols revealed themselves. All together there were three lime green bat designs, one on each side and one of the front. She held out her arm and the odd black material floated away. That's when she turned to face Defess, and for the first time she allowed her odd colored eyes to meet directly with his and not look away. And at that moment something seemed to happen. The way she held herself and the glint in her eyes, they were alluring beyond normalcy. It was that sweetly dangerous look, like a man would be all over her if they weren't afraid she'd kill them. Quite seductive. She stood on the tips of her toes leaning close to him and she whispered into his ear, "Goodbye Defess..." Her voice just added to the affect she caused. And then, before Defess had much of a chance to do anything, she jumped onto the black vehicle, gave a quick wink to him, and rode off at an illegally fast speed.

Defess stood frozen for a moment... did that just happen? he fidgeted a little before coming out of his shocked trance- no- what was he thinking before? never see HER again? that was just impossible.. but alas- she'd gone too quickly for him to protest in the slightest. he looked up to the stars and took a deep breath before backing up to begin his walk to the nearest hotel. he knew that there must have been some enchantment about her- but it wasn't something that he was going to think much about- no- but now all the instructions he was given about staying out of sight and out of mind with others had completely left him.. tomorrow- yes- he'd start his search/research on this Rhosey.. his mind was now completely stuck on a one track cord.. he might of chased her down the street... no- she was far too far gone now.. even if he WAS a fast runner.. tomorrow it was then.
